Quick & Easy Roasted Flaxseed in a Mug

Ingredients

1 egg, 2 tbsp milk or non dairy milk, 1 tsp liquid stevia or brown sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ cup milled roasted flaxseed ( 32 g), 1 tsp vanilla.  Optional:  sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, dried cranberries or raisins.

Directions

Place all ingredients in a mug. Stir and microwave for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving. Vegetarian, nut free, gluten free, dairy free
