150 g Greek yogurt (2/3 cup) 30 g Golden roasted whole seed flaxseed (4 tbsp) 20 ml Honey (2 tbsp)
• Place yogurt equally into two glasses.
• Sprinkle with liquid honey.
• Top with flaxseed.
• Enjoy right away! Use flavored yogurt in combination with plain milled roasted flaxseed or blueberry milled roasted flaxseed. Yield: 2 Servings.
