1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed ½ cup water 5 garlic cloves ½ tsp salt ½ tsp freshly ground pepper ¼ cup olive oil ¼ cup milled roasted flaxseed
· Place chickpeas in a bowl with water.
· Microwave for 2 minutes.
· Pour chickpea-water mixture into a blender.
· Add garlic, salt, pepper and flaxseed.
· Blend well.
· Add olive oil slowly and blend well using the On/Off switch
