Gluten Free Brownies with a Twist

Ingredients

1/3 cup margarine 1/2 cup lentil puree 1/2 cup cocoa 3/4 tsp salt 11/2 cups sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup Flax for Nutritionflour mix 1 tsp xanthan 1/2 cup walnuts 1 tsp baking powder Flax for Nutrition Flour Mix: 2. 5 cups brown rice flour 1 cup potato flour 3/4 cup tapioca flour 1 cup roasted flaxseed Flax for Nutrition

Directions

Preheat oven to 350˚F or 180˚C. Melt butter and mix with lentil puree, salt, sugar and cocoa. Add one egg at a time. Add vanilla, flour mixture , and walnuts . Bake in parchment lined 9x13 inch pan for 25 minutes.
